Latest News... Kathy Lindert, Certified Hypnocounselor and President of Advanced Hypnosis Counseling, LLC in Caldwell, NJ, announces two new business ventures.
Advanced Hypnosis Counseling has agreed to partner with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey as one of its approved PERKS Program providers. The Newark-based company is making alternatives to traditional medicine available to any of its 5,500 BC/BS New Jersey employees who need help with weight reduction, smoking cessation, stress relief or other issues. Employees will contact Lindert directly to arrange appointments at her Caldwell, NJ office. As with all clients, sessions will be private and confidential.
In addition to the BC/BS of NJ appointment, Kathy Lindert will also serve on the Expert Advisory Panel for the upcoming “Mother and Daughter Makeover Challenge” being sponsored by Morris/Essex Health & Life Magazine. The panel will include expert advisors in such mind and body self-improvement areas as personal fitness, fashion, dentistry, weight loss and confidence, helping mothers and daughters to feel beautiful inside and out. Lindert will be the exclusive Hypnocounselor on the panel, working with participants to achieve personal goals using hypnosis techniques. The Makeover Challenge is an opportunity for Morris and Essex County women to bond and to change their lives. Hypnosis can do just that---help people change their lives by changing the way they think about things.
Seven years ago, Kathy Lindert was a mortgage banker with a family member who suffered from anxiety, fears and insomnia. No medicines or therapies helped until she discovered hypnosis. The results were so impressive that she decided to become a full-time hypnotist. Kathy has trained to use Hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help people overcome behaviors that hold them back and change those behaviors to ones that are productive and healthy so that they can live healthier, happier lives.
Advanced Hypnosis Counseling is located at 295 Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell, NJ. For more information or to contact Kathy Lindert: (973) 402-6362, mail@advancedhypno.com, and website: www.advancedhypno.com.

End Debilitating
Habits with the Relaxing Power of Hypnosis
When Kathy Lindert used hypnosis nearly a decade ago to help a family member overcome Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, she decided to switch careers from a mortgage banker to a hypnocounselor to help others lead happier, healthier lives. Lindert, an Advanced Certified Hypnotist and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, founded Advanced Hypnosis Counseling, where she counsels clients using hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and the Emotional Freedom Technique. By combining these three techniques, Lindert reports an 85 percent client success rate. Most clients come to Lindert to end smoking or lose weight, career and relationship issues surface during the holiday season, and teens turn to her to help them with confidence in sports and school. Many clients choose to have between three to five sessions based on their goals. Lindert teaches clients self-hypnosis techniques and offers reinforcing CDs to ensure continued freedom from negative behaviors. For more information please contact Kathy Lindert, A.Cht. at www.advancedhypno.com or call her at 973-402-6362.
